Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Appointments Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid phone number or email address is required to confirm your booking. 2.Cancellation & Rescheduling We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeit of the deposit. “No-shows” may be charged up to 100% of the service price before being allowed to rebook.
